I made these videos in 2008 for my students who didn't know how to wrap hands. There are many ways to wrap hands but these are some basic ways.

We have been doing a lot of boxing lately in class and I was asked a couple of times on what to do if you have raw knuckles. This is what I did when I had really raw knuckles and wanted to continue training. I used a sponge, saran wrap and vaseline to restrict friction. It takes a bit of prep but you can reuse it until the sponge dries out and it worked for me.
