I totally understand your pain SMH… I live in NYC and I thought I would be able to use my bag for every day commuting and it was so hard because the bag was too big and it kept bumping into people and it was just awkward on the subways. I sadly had to let her go for this reason. It was just too sad to see her sitting there not being used.

Hi I think the scratches gives the bag character and memories for yourself. Coach gets better as it ages. I say continue to enjoy the bag and try not to think too much about it. You’ll enjoy the bag more if you’ve not babying it…(I’ve learned that I enjoy my bags a whole lot more when I’m not babying them ) just enjoy it…it’s beautiful 🤩

Overdramatic post on these [barely there] scratches; they’re supposed to get their worn look over time. This bag is not for babying; some people are even scratching theirs on purpose to get to the worn look even faster.

The leather on this is not meant to sit stiff all the time. It is soft leather and does become softer and slouchy over time and that makes it look even better. If you expected a stiff durable bag, you bought the wrong one!
