Banana muffin recipe/ Muffin recipe/ Moist and easy banana recipe
Banana muffins made with the leftover bananas!
Ingredients :
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 160 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 110 grams vegetable oil
- 200 grams fluour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (otional)
- Chocolate chips and/or nuts (I like to use chopped dark chocolate with nuts)
Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
