• 2 cardamom pods
• 3 cloves
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 tsp poppy seeds
• 2 tbsp roasted chana dal
• 2 tbsp oil or ghee (or a mix)
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 large onion (finely chopped)
• 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 cup water (for the ground masala)
• 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 cups water (for cooking Channa)
• 1 tbsp crushed kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
• Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

cook in instapot for how long 35 mins or 4 mins I got confused in your video
I cook it for 4 minutes in the instant pot on High pressure. Hope this helps

Can we mix diff type ofmillets
Absolutely 👍🏻, but use good-quality millets as we don’t use rice, which increases the chances of sticking
