I just got mine this week and my intentions with it was to make it a standalone streamer and connect my TT and CD player. I fed it into my vintage receiver and it sounds awesome. I then connected my BT speaker to it, which was a hassle and a half, but, eventually did connect, but, the sound is less than great due to the EQ getting bypassed when using BT(deal breaker #1). The other "major" deal breaker for me is connecting my BT speaker. Everytime I turn the Ultra on to use, I have to pair the speakers each and every time. It's as if it doesn't remember the speakers are paired to it. I contacted Crutchfield where I bought it from and the tech support contacted WiiM to find out if this is normal, still waiting for a response btw. I'm sad because everything else works very well, cd, tt, spotify etc, all except BT. I'm pretty much set on returning it and looking into other options.

First time watcher/new sub. I have the Wiim Ultra running through my Geshelli J2 (dac) to my Marantz 7706. The sound is wonderful. You have to get a dac of some sort the onboard dac is >good far from great. I'll check to see if I can view the album art on my tv. I'll let you know later. P.S. The entire Richard Elliot album is terrific.

Are you using the RCA outputs when going into your Marantz? Make sure that you are.

I think they nice on shelf but on feet looks weird especially from far distance or when darker. Because of black plastic on heal it looks like this part of shoe cut off from rest of shoe because of contrast between black plastic and white part of shoe. Also gray top look kind dirty. I just got scammed July 21st for counterfeit AirPod pro max. Inside the left ear piece is the serial number. Which mine doesn’t have. Or the pin holes to remove the ear pieces from the headset.

Mine just did this, don't see a fix. I have another one coming from Amazon, it worked fine after the firmware update for a couple of days, literally just shut off on my neck an hour ago...Hopefully round 2 goes better
