We took on ÖTILL Cannes - the sprint! Crystal blue waters, dreamy blue skies, it was a perfect setting! Very enjoyable, tough terrain, one that we'd recommend for sure!

Whilst out on a trailie in Rivington, Amelia had an ordeal that we'll never forget.. Traumatised is the only word for it
We ran a MARATHON and SWAM 5MILES TIED TOGETHER!!!

We took on the brutal but beautiful 48km SwimRun endurance event in Coniston.. 39km of running, 8km of swimming in 3 of the biggest lakes in the Lake District!
This race is on my bucket list. Thank you for this inside and in personal video starring a beautiful triathlete😊 Cheers from Portugal
