I'm 53. My dad was a cop. If i got a bad progress report, he took my tapes & records away (which in the preinternet days meant no recreational listening, at all. If i got a "bad" report card, he would take away my guitar, which I had mowed grass for a year in order to purchase myself, the idea being no one could take it away (a decent beginner guitar cost about a thousand dollars in the 1980s). BTW, a "bad" report card was anything that included a "C". I share this to say that if you young players are blessed with supportive parents & school administration, love them back with all you have. There is a silent mob of men spread throughout the world that lament their dreams because they never stood a chance. If you show love through your music it will continue to inspire just as a muscle gets stronger with more use. Good luck.

Don't you think this would be MUCH more effective if we could actually hear what your edits and work sounds like WHILE you are showing us how its done? All we see is what it looks like and you telling us what you hear. Ive worked ADR for years on professional programs. I need a client who is not avaialbe to use Garageband herself to get a few lines of ADR. This will sadly not help her well. Appreciate the effort, but not a very effective demonstration. Sorry.
