I once saw a video with this song and it stuck to my head, the video didn't say which song it was and the uploader vanished from youtube, all i had was the song in my head. I found it tonight, twelve years and a lot of wrong translations later.
I love the fact that Yusuke Kozaki illustrated them, because they sound so similar to Miki, and he illustrated Miki too (tho Miki came first) I really, really like his artstyle. About Meaw, their voices sound very low quality, but I still like them. Tho they sound like Miki, so maybe we can bring them back by modifying Miki's voice in the editor.
#LOVEITLOVEITLOVEIT!!! Seriously, how did you make this, it is so epic! My fave part is actually near the end right after they spin, me and mai bf call it the victory jump, epic!
Bellatrix Lestrange The person who posted this isn't the one who made it, this was made by the people who created Me Aw as a demo for them. I forgot what they are called but its on the vocaloid wiki (they aren't vocaloid by the way they're just on the wiki because a lot of people were confused about them).
Yeah, after posting this mai bf told me the first one you mentioned. Have to tell her they are not vocaloids, because like you said, everyone who knows them is confused. :-)
I am still confused as to whether they are Vocaloids or not. They werent officially listed by Yamaha, but Yamaha is also known for leaving out vocals used for private or experimental use. But we all know that some sort of vocal software was used right?
"My theory, is that these two, were like, miki earlier in development, and then they changed their minds and decided to use SF-A2 Miki's design instead. :3 Miki and these two have the same illistrator, Yusuke Kozaki. but that's just an idea. ^-^" I support this theory for some reasons: 1.) They sound like Miki. 2.)"Due to the vagueness surrounding Meaw, details on the vocals is limited. The engine version is unknown, according to Yamaha Akikoloid-chan was the first VOCALOID3 vocal, meaning they were more likely to have been made for the older VOCALOID2 engine or its variants." -VOCALOID Wikia So maybe they were the scraps of Miki. They were going to use these as Miki, but decided to use the Miki we know today instead. Kind of like an Alpha or Beta version of Miki. Now they just scrapped the voices and gave them to a company for commercial purposes only.
***** They are most likely Vocaloids. "Vocaloid" is a tag in their website, and the PV producers have confirmed that they were made using Vocaloid. vocaloid.wikia.com/wiki/Meaw
***** Ah yes, I was mistaken, Yamaha has said that Meaw does not run on Vocaloid, and they have no knowledge about the project. They may have simply included the tag because they (may) have a similar synthesizer and design.
(Extremely late reply but I thought I would add). Yamaha maybe had no acknowledgement on the project as they only identify licensed VOCALOIDs as a real product. So what I personally think is that there is a possibility meaw were at one point either in development or another product and had not been licensed in their "meaw" persona so Yamaha null and voids meaw's existence, so because they were not licensed - in Yamaha's eyes, meaw don't (legally) exist.
theres a meaw sized void in my heart :(
Damn! how did the audio get worse 😂
i’d give anything to have their album available for streaming
0:44

Are they cancelled?

Yo shoutouts to Wasperino for showing me this pretty addicted to this song rn
Even though these two sound so low quality, I've listened to this song so much that it sounds great...

Emmanuel Lazona well nobody knows where their voices are so they've been moved to the category unreleased.

WOOOOOO MEAW!!!
I love how much character they gave them, but all the butt shots are really unnecessary....
They were supposed to be tail shots. Lol.
I mean, just the amount of cleavage they both have, you can tell they aren't meant to be "just cute" asdfg
the end noise was creepy
Does anyone else hear a little miki?
Same voice provider.

They're cancelled vocaloids :,(
THEY DID
Take my money and give me dis!!!
I knew their faces looked so familiar - They had Yusuke Kosaki as the illustrator for them! It's cool how his style shows in the way they look in 3d!
They are pretty cute overall Aw , but their voice is really not that great it's too raspy , it would have been better if it sounded clearer :/
"My theory, is that these two, were like, miki earlier in development, and then they changed their minds and decided to use SF-A2 Miki's design instead. :3 Miki and these two have the same illistrator, Yusuke Kozaki. but that's just an idea. ^-^" I support this theory for some reasons: 1.) Which proves my theory even more. :3
It's just a hypothesis. Nothing to start a fight over, haha. I'm sorry if I offended you in any way? p.p
