Advice for those of us who cannot hold our arms up for the fingers-on-face position? Both shoulders have had surgeries and I cannot hold my arms up for more than 10 seconds. I'd like to try the exercise lying down with pillows supporting my arms in this position but will that adversely affect the outcome of this glorious process?

I remember back in 2014 I had really bad anxiety and panic attacks. My life changed after learning how to disconnect and just focus on my breathing. No more anxiety or panic attacks! Im in control now 🙏🏻
