I completely understand. Square drills are more intense. Do you feel the same way about diamond painting in general? Do round drills also frustrate you? I suggest sticking with round drills if you don't like square - but if they also aggravate you, there is no point in that. I have a love-hate with them. I reallllly love the way the paintings look in the end. (the square drill paintings I mean)

If they are already into Diamond Painting and have a bit of a stash then you could get them a really nice pen... Etsy sells tons of pens at different price points. if you are thinking more along the lines of a diamond painting. Michaels sells some kits called diamond dotz. I'm not sure of the pricing though. There are tons of online sites but again your price points will vary. It's so nice to see you and Chi's face too.. I miss you guys!!!

@@DawnDoesLife Silly questions but what is the differents between A3 vs A4 Lightpad?

@@BC250 It's the size. The smaller the number, the larger the lighted base. An A4 is a great starter size as it's about the size of a sheet of paper. They also tend to be thinner. If they are working on larger paintings, then they may want a bigger size lit up under them. However, you can quite easily move an A4 where you need it to see the section you are working on. The only advice about lots of confetti I can think of - which might work for you and may not - is to try to work the larger amount of colors in the section first. It makes the colors there are less of stand out more. Also, have fun with it and let the stress melt away. 🥰🥰🥰

Hey Christine!! Long time no see! Yeah - My stash is rediculous to say the least. I'm taking this year to mostly work on it - but have had a few things setting me back. Lot's of back issues - and then there was a fall (onto my back) when I was trying to reset the security camera on the back of our house... It's been a comedy of errors to be sure. Hi Jane! Try using some pliers. Put a cloth or something soft between the plier and the tip to prevent the tip from getting scratched. A twisting-pulling motion might loosen it up for you. Please come back and tell me if that worked - or if you tried something else that worked🥰. Good Luck!

Thanks for sharing that. I have heard that some people have used hot glue in their pens. It might be worth a try if you are having trouble with it staying in. Just an idea. 🥰

I know. I would love them all - but practically the 9 has been great. (you can fit 9) but I would like to try the 12. In the past that would have been too much for me - but I think I could handle it with this tip. 🥰🥰

That's awesome! I tried a low buy last year and only added a couple. I didn't reduce my stash as much as I wanted to though. I thought this year I would actually attempt to clear out some of the paintings I have been building up for years. I have some that aren't even sold anymore... I suffer from FOMO....🤣😂

This challenge goes until Nov 1st - so I have time to make a big dent. And yes... Greg is happy I'm not bringing in more for a while. He says he doesn't know where I keep them all... LOL
