@@stevenchang9624 BM city mall 和这个不同 但是要看你购买这个房子或项目的出发点是什么，投资的话风险又要低，你可以等一等，就是等他的商场如果有什么变化，等他公布了你再买也不迟，当然可能会贵了点但是风险低， 如果是自己住的话，你只是要看这个地点合不合适你而已，我可以跟你说他的手工应该算不错，不差，用料方面没有很大方但是在我的接受范围内

​@@scottseow96 Example: 2.15, when you describe the balcony at lift lobby, camera can turn and show, by the time the camera show at 3:19 it don't give as much of the wow effect I feel. 3.47 when you point downstairs for facility view, we don't get to see it, if you show 17:31 when you talk about the view coming out of the lift then I feel the effect. I only realised it when I watch the 2nd time. 4:56 when you point that we can come in from the lift via balcony but we don't get to see it. I understand there is a "video clip" you show but the virtual effect is not there. 7:11 you suggest an island kitchen but we don't see if until later you move forward.. There are many more of this issue which I feel it hard and difficult to visualise the whole unit. I'm not an expert, just want to share some points that you may want to consider. I like the houses you show us, I just feel that it can be more interactive like what I mention above. Maybe can ask the camera listen to what you say and to point or focus at the direction when you describe to us. This will virtually take us into the video. Overall great video, I guess the house too big thus abit hard to show..😅 Hope to see more of your videos soon.
