Chelo Goosht : is a traditional Iranian dish made from a combination of rice and meat. Rice is one of the main foods of the eastern lands, which has been popular in Iran since the distant past and is still served in one of the lunch or dinner meals today.
Veal Meat
Salt , Turmeric and pepper

Oil
Cut the onions into slices and fry them in some oil until they become light, then add the garlic and stir again, and fry them.
And that the onion and carrot are soft, it's time to add the meat and fry. Then add black cumin and coriander seeds along with black pepper and salt and stir and mix the ingredients well, then add turmeric to the ingredients and stir again. Finally, add a few bay leaves along with some saffron to remove the smell of the meat. Then add the water and close the pot and when the water boils, let the meat cook for 3-4 hours with a low heat and a closed door.
While the meat is cooking, you should prepare your pilaf. For this purpose, pour the rice that you have soaked for several hours into the boiling water and after the rice becomes a little soft, drain it and brew it
