Can anyone nail down this location?
Brings back a lot memories. McQueen was Kool. 😎
格好いい。
Wonder how Steve would like the CRF450R ?
I was racing then, but I never got to ride an Elsinore, neither the 125 nor the 250. I'm sure they were a blast.
The good old days of usa 1960 to 1980s
It's a flim i love to watch. Am 67 and i had the same Honda experience back in 1974 and rode my bike in New Jersey in Millstone. Back than it was farmland open and unbuild. Now just housing development. But that desert riding was a dream for a young dirt bike rider. I slept with dirt bike magazine at night with the light on check out all the machines that were out at the time . The Suzuki TZ 400 was my dream bike back in the day. We all loved Steve in On Any Sunday. .. great bike movie. RIP Steve .
My Grandfather in-law rode with him at this race ! RIP to both !
I cut a couple toes off & maybe thro in a finger for that bike, lol... man, that brings bk memories...
That dude knew how to live no matter how wealthy! That's why I respect him so much.
The bike that changed motocross...
I want one! Is this the new 2025 model?!
Cool bike but with the pipe going below the bike, riding in rough terrain can easily smash the pipe.
Those suspensions were like noodles lol, good power .
💪 Alway wanted one. Setteled for a 76 Yamaha DT400. Just a kid then..still want one..
Steve McQueen seemed to have a fondness for the European motorcycles. but when the Elsinore came along it was too good to pass up. and then there was the red frame Elsinores. and Honda dominated the motorcycle world for quite a while. until the Yamaha YZs came out with their mono shock rear suspension. and they took the top spot away from Honda. and started the long travel suspension revolution. I had a Husqvarna 360 it had a chrome moly steel frame. bend resistant wheels and Metzger tires. and seemed like it a little higher quality. but it was a handful to ride, with the throttle cranked open it was almost impossible to try to keep the front wheel on the ground. anyway back to the point, Steve McQueen was hell of a motorcyclist. and he was a great spokesman for motorcycling, he is definitely missed.
Movie from the 70s On Any Sunday great movie
Harvey Mushman was a badass 🤟
lah lah , lah lah lah , lah lah lah lah
Mr Cool rode the coolest bike ! 😁
Wide bars and 8” of travel . State of the art 😂
This is beautiful
I like the actual moto boots with the sock turned down over the top of the boot.. I started offroading back in 1969.. I had linesman lace up boots..we were riding in the NJ pinebarrens...still go riding there and lots of other places across the u s. I'm now 65 and still twisting it ! 😃
The riding is great !! The stupid music needs to go...
70ties were great!!
He was a good rider. Erfurt was too Hard for him.
Geil, soviel Platz um den ganzen Tag überall im Gelände rum zu heizen!!!
That man could do anything,.............and make it look easy ! Gone way too soon!
I got one of these 1973 cr25m runs great been restored
The Honda CR250M is a two-stroke single-cylinder motorcycle manufactured by Honda from March 1973 until 1976, when it was replaced by the Honda CR250R. On Any Sunday was filmed around 1971 Before Honda had any two stroke dirt bikes. Seems that Steve and Malcom were in Husqvarna's in that movie. Now I am off to cut some wood with my Husky Chain Saw. Steve McQueen's 'On Any Sunday' Husqvarna: How a bike that sold for $1500 in 2008 sold for $230,000 in 2018 Steve McQueen's most famous motorcycle, the 1970 Husqvarna 400 Cross he rode during Bruce Brown's 1970 feel-good motorcycle movie, On Any Sunday, sold at auction on the weekend for $230,500.
This bike woke the whole MX world.
Wonder if that bike still exist , I'm sure its a Museum piece if its out there .I know the Camp Pendleton Husqvarna bike was found.
A much better time in America. No open borders. No DEI hires. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I loved the smell of those old two strokes running Casrol R.
Вітаю вас з України, гарний гонщик був!
A Snowmobile racer I knew in the 70s had a 125 and did the engine porting and polishing. He also put a 14 inch rear sprocket on the back wheel. He would loan it to me and let me ride it all day. That thing almost never used the front tire. And it would almost climb trees. Rode the 250 as well. They were great.
Back when you had places to ride grass huggers ruined it. California SUCKS
FBI. Holland. Milad/Holland/Goggins A three-fer tonight. I deserve a raise.
Imagine owning that bike 💷💷💷💷💷💷
Che leggenda.il mio mito però lo preferisco in sella alla Triumph come la mia bel video d epoca ❤
Good choice in the bike anyway
I like Steve McQueen as a actor I think he was training for the movie the Great escape
awsome 250ccm nobody needs more.
Last photo I saw of Mr. Mc Queen was a picture of him messing with an old Indian motor cycle on the cover of Easy Rider back in 80 or 81 announcing his death, geez he would be in his 90's now, he was 50 when he passed. He and Clint Eastwood riding 650 Triumphs in the movies gave me motorcycle fever back in the 60's they were easy to work on which was a good thing because they broke down often. After that I got into Harley's during the AMF days, and you always carried a set of wrenches with you, which I thought was just normal LOL. I did turn into a decent mechanic though.
"Classical gas" theme music (masked).
Must have been a blast to have all that open land to ride on....here in michigan...its all private property.
TOP !!!
I rode one of those CR250's back then. Explosive acceleration, a difficult to control machine.
Dat wasn’t Steve that was a stunt double...I also like the GoPro cameras they had on the bike😂😂
