Yamaha PSR-E463 multitrack recording tutorial - Part 5 | Music Manifested
Hey everyone! In today's video, I teach you how to perform a multitrack recording and save it into one of the user song slots on your Yamaha PSR-E463 keyboard. Just follow three simple steps mentioned in the video, which are also applicable for the PSR-i500, PSR-EW410 and the PSR-E453 - and you are good to go! Thank You so much for your tutorials, I just bought a YAMAHA PSER-E463 , I love the sound quality of the Grand Piano, (Unfortunately no weighted keys) , and other features I am trying to learn. I have a 3 keyboard setup stacked up on a keyboard stand, so I bought the E-463 to replace the old one that died. Thank You again , I like your teaching methodology, it's very intuitive and you give the student the change to grasp the teachings on how to handle the systems.

@@musicmanifested4558 Let's say we take channel 1 to play the drum tone for the track. So it is difficult to hit all the tones of the drum at once. Is it possible to improve the track by repeatedly hitting it in one channel?
@@r.studio4455 Do you want to loop your drum beat on the track? That cannot be done. You may have to repeatedly play the beat till the end of your song.

Can we record multiple voices in a single file and have it saved to a usb. I am trying to orchestrate a song. Like, can we record how we recored in the user files and have it saved directly to a usb?
If you want to blend voices, you can use the dual function or the various effects such as reverb, resonance, release, etc. to intensify them. There are many string and orchestral voices available on this keyboard that you can use to make a completely different sounding voice of your choice. Then, use a USB stick to record your music track. If you would like to perform multitrack recordings, I recommend you to install a DAW and use this keyboard as a MIDI controller. Or else, watch this tutorial: ua-cam.com/video/d-WfpSbmSVA/v-deo.html to learn how to perform multitrack recordings and save it into one of the user song slots on your keyboard.
@Day Unfortunately, that's not possible. But try connecting your keyboard to a computer via a USB (Printer) cable and use a Digital Audio workstation such as Cakewalk by Bandlab to record multiple tracks and make a song. Then, you can transfer it to your USB stick.

I use some style from my android phone via midi cable when I play. When I record into keyboard memory , it only record my piano sounds , not the styles from my phone. How can I record both ?
How to sync video with smart recorder audio ?
You can search for any video editing app on the Google Playstore and download it. Next, copy your audio track and paste it into your internal shared storage. Use the video editing app to sync your video with the audio.

How to set grand piano in m release??? Please tell
Select the Grand piano voice. Select the function button. Press the right category button multiple times until your screen shows M Release, and set it to 83 or above, to get a sustain effect.
After watching your other e463 videos, I was surprised to see you change voices on the number pad instead of a registration button.
I had a couple of other voices and rhythms saved in the rest of the registration slots.

@@tzodearf2596 Sure. But you cannot compare the Yamaha PSR-E463 with the Yamaha Reface DX, because the former is an arranger keyboard and the latter is a synthesizer. So, let me know what kind of keyboard you are looking for. I might be able to help you.

Nice Video. This is a very quick summary of the many features of the keyboard ( unbelievably in one video ). Its nice to see how much you've achieved with lots of passion , hard work and commitment at this age , keep it up ! One minor point about the bank selection ( I am sure you would already know this ) , but you can save not just the voice , but the style and tempo settings as well. Possibly other settings like sync on.
