LocalGov Drupal
United Kingdom
Приєднався 18 бер 2020
The publishing platform created by councils, for councils.
LocalGov Drupal is a publicly owned asset that delivers a better digital experience for citizens, improves service outcomes, and saves money.
Our UK councils have followed the Local Digital Declaration to develop a shared pool of code, resources, research and expertise, delivering great digital experiences to citizens at a lower cost, while creating a publicly owned asset.
LocalGov Drupal can reduce the cost of building a new council website by up to 80%.
It is built and maintained by a community of developers, content designers and digital leaders from local councils across the UK. Web teams love the freedom, flexibility and community.
Open source, built on Drupal 9, enhanced functionality, design flexibility, best in class code, best practice accessibility, thorough user research, fast deployment, an expert community.
LocalGov Drupal is funded by the DLUHC Local Digital Fund

Workspaces can be a very useful feature for enterprise requirements where content needs to be published by batch
Loving Workspaces. Will be great to play with this in more detail.
Very interesting video, but so far exploring a local copy of LocalGov Drupal I haven't managed to get any of the visual step-by-step links to appear. I'm just seeing the separate pages but no visual linking. I can create the overview and individual step pages, but that's about it.
Very much informative. Thanks for sharing this.
Great video, thanks! I've followed the steps and created my own theme which I can see under themes/custom, but, it's not showing up on our microsite. I assume the cache needs flushing, however, I can't see a way of flushing. Am I looking in the wrong place or is it something not quite right with our particular install?
Thanks for another great video!!! Get the stats you deserve > 'promo sm' !
Thanks for this overview! It might be worth adding a link to the slides in the description? Also, FYI the link in the video to the governance Miro board now no longer works.
