My childhood home. 😢
Thank you for sharing that! I can only imagine the memories you must have there!
I agree, all these features are great! And may be found in a number of new-built luxury homes. But when you think of who is really out there buying homes, most are still middle income families, looking for more space, as in another bedroom and another bath. We already have an ADA bathroom in our house. And ramps in front and in back. Just remodeled the kitchen, and hoping we'll have no problem selling in about another 10 years!
Yes all great points! If you're planning on holding for a long time it's important to enjoy it yourself
Hey
Why,
Just sharing a simple and healthy meal idea! 😊 It’s quick, nutritious, and tasty. Do you enjoy cooking with broccoli or eggs?
But why mix them together
@@Ibreatheeverynowandthen Good question! I like the combination for its simplicity and how well the flavors go together. Cook the broccoli for a while and fry it up with oil, salt and pepper. Work the eggs into it, so good! I think you should try it.
I’d love to see what you do with that space!
@tonysamaniego7875 Watch for updates, I'm excited for it
Visited Palo Alto in 2021 Happy Donuts 🍩 was awesome! Much more than just Donuts too 😊
Happy Donuts is definitely a local gem! Glad you liked it
What about indian food
Indian food in San Jose is fantastic! There are plenty of great spots to try out.
I grew up in San Jose back in the early 70's lived in East San Jose and had amazing memories. Sadly the last times l visited the area had deteriorated quite a bit
Thanks for sharing! It’s interesting to hear how much has changed since the 70s. Glad you have great memories from your time in San Jose!
You eat this for breakfast ??? Donuts ??? CINANMON ROLLS ?? I live in pismo, and cool cats and woolley are my fav. Try BLAST on Grand next time
Born and raised in San Jose, I’m still here and I am very happy of how you explained it all😊 East Side San Jose is where to find the BEST AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD!! San Pedro square in downtown area you will find a variety of different tasty cultures of foods, Or down Monterey rd heading towards the south side of San Jose, lots of choices there also. 😊
Thank you for sharing your local insight! It’s great to hear from someone who knows and loves San Jose-those food spots sound amazing!

I visited last week with my family,- cousin in law graduated from Stanford. I fell in love. The energy from everybody I met was great, it was a great distance away from a lot of other places you’d want to visit in California. I have to figure out how to make more money so I can move there 😂but I love it.
You don’t make a lot of money in order to move here, on the contrary, you come here to make a lot of money.
Everyone like and subscribe❤🎉😢
There is no culture... It is gross and full of violence
Safety starts with not getting rubbed and killed on the street…. I think we can all agree on that
Every culture?? There are no real Americans here. I am African American, and I was stationed here for 6 weeks for work. One of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had walking into a restaurant BEFORE a "different cultured" couple, the waitress seating the couple and me not being seated at all. I just walked out.
I'm sad to hear that. I hoped to have a good experience while visiting San Jose this summer in July (and possibly considering relocating there).
A Black family was burned out of their home in San Francisco recently after years of putting up with racist harassment. White progressives are fine with people of color if you don’t challenge their privileged position and world view. You see progressives’ real side when people of color demand a seat at the table and not just putting up with progressives’ “savior mentality.” Silicon Valley is no model of diversity, especially when the tech industry treats their diversity numbers as “trade secrets” because of their pathetic numbers.
And who are "real americans"?
What about the Mexican area ???
I did notice there’s very little Black Americans in San José when I visited last week; I think I could count on hand the number of people like me I encounter on one hand. However I didn’t feel any negative vibes anywhere I visited. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. 🤷🏾♀️

I lived in San Jose from 1977 to 1980. Graduated from San Jose State University.
The food is amazing. The weather is outstanding, if not a bit "boring." Proximity to beaches, the Central Coast, the mountains, etc. is perfect. Crime, vagrancy (homeless) and dirty streets unfortunately outweigh those pros. I'm not sure there are any actually "safe" neighborhoods anymore. Ours used to be, but the sidewalks are blocked with tents and the streets are clogged with derelict RVs. Parking anywhere other than your garage is asking for your window to be broken and your catalytic converter to be taken. The trails you mentioned now have homeless blocking them. I remember teaching my kids to ride bikes on those trails when they were clean. It's really a shame.
The problems you mentioned are everywhere, not just San Jose
1. Cons- California politicians has a catch and release policy on all criminals. 2. Cons- You need to be millionaire to live in anywhere in California. 3 Cons- Illegal drugs are rampant anywhere in the US, not only in California. Your better off living somewhere else.
San Jose is ideal for many reasons the weather is nice in summer. But let’s not forget Santana row and the mall across the street. It makes you relive your young years and it sort of takes you to some vacation resort. Not only you have the big tech companies everywhere. San José in general is lush and green you get the view of the mountains that turn emerald green during the spring through summer. San Jose is my home. You get more than just endless food choices. You also get a themepark in Santa Clara the Levi stadium. Honestly there’s so much to do in San Jose you can never be bored. I love San Jose

Sure, its a nice place but the thing that really upsets me about San Jose is the nearly silent "J".
What do you mean?

Sorry, but aside from Stan's Donuts, most of these places I find to be average. I miss Lou's Donuts in San Jose and Winchell's Donut House, they had great donuts. You said you needed help on the East Side of San Jose, then look no further than Peter's Bakery. Their donuts are very good and they even have Chocolate Dough Donuts, which are very difficult to find anywhere!
I was about to visit, but I just changed my mind.

i got an admission in San jose state university for masters program in industrial engineering so as an international student how much money i aspect to live in the san jose for a month and is it good to study in san jose state University?
SJSU is a good school but not the best in class. Best in class schools nearby are Stanford, UC Berkeley, next in line would be Santa Clara U. You need to contact your international student council for advise on accomodation, financial requirements etc.. housing areas near SJSU are sub-standard and not the safest compared to other Universities mentioned above. All the best.
Bascom Donuts is my #1 👍
