The VeryFit app is terrible and lets down an otherwise beautiful watch. You have to keep the app open in the background all the time, it crashes and disconnects and notifications are sporadic. When the app does stay open, it drains the battery. Seriously, the watch is stunning, really stunning, but the app is absolutely terrible and makes the watch no worth the trouble.

thanks for this! I had bought one years ago, but only resumed using it due to this video and chronic achilles pain that I've had for best part of a month now. It is helping a lot. Question: If I come home from a walk and my achilles is killing me, should I use this to stretch it out right away, or should I wait a while to let my inflamed achilles calm down a bit first? And what about first thing in the morning, when my achilles is stiff?

Thank you, this is so helpful! I have two key fobs for my 2011 Equinox LTZ i bought it 2 weeks ago from an old couple & the car's like brand spanking new, except for the key fob buttons 😅 Would i be able to do this with both of the keys? I imagine they spent a pretty penny for the second key.

How did you get the new key fob cut? Defeats the purpose of switching the key part of you have to have 2 cut keys to program.
