Your money stays in ASKRO account until you receive keys to your property you have booked with the developer, he will not have the access to single fills from your money until the property is delivered and received by investor in DLD department.
That's why here in Dubai projects are delivered months before their hand over dates, so the developer can have access to the money in ASKRO account.
investing money in Dubai properties is like putting your money in a safe in a vault in a bank. no one can touch until you say so.
if you complain to DLD department for any issue their response time is quicker than fire department.
No developer big or small have access above the law and will face consequences for any complain.

Salaam Veer, Im from Punjab, india, tuhadi video content is truly based on ground realitu, we as couple want to come to UAE, due to Age 43, i am very much doubtful that it is not wise to come to UAE for job.. Education-MBA, Work exp- Sales and BPO. aap se ek mashwra chahta hun ki Business perspective se Shop/ Trade ( vegetables or any daily need consumables ) k liye konsi category ka license relevant hoga? any link or references please... generally kitna budget hona chahiye for starting business over there. (Govt fees , Rent for shop/ space in Dubai freezone, labour costs, misc. expenses) any rough or general idea plz... One of my customer working in UAE immigration told me that there are more than 400k Pakistani passport holders which are in the immigration system showing living in UAE without any proper legal visa, some of them got-in with a visit visa and then didn't exist, whereas some didn't renew their residence visa or companies are fake, so he told me until unless the numbers of 400k+ reduced they will keep banning the visa............... in my 19 years life in UAE, I found mostly the beggers are from Pakistan... 😔 that is another reason which I think....
