This is the former site of the Valley Crest mobile hole park, owned by American Borate Company, where employees working at the Billie Mine lived. I worked at the mine and lived here in 1982, in a trailer right across the street from the swimming pool and tennis courts. You can see the location of the pool in your video (now a peanut shaped hole filled with gravel).
