Yeh mate, the place is brilliant well worth a visit it's also massive it will take a few visits to get around it all there are some parts that are off limits cause it's still a working mine but there is so much of the old workings to keep you and the dugs occupied for weeks 👍😁

@@johnnymac26 when I first arrived there was a mini bus full of dudes all kitted out with what looked like cave exploring gear so there must be tones of old under ground mine workings in there as well

Brilliant spot mate, and it's massive. It's not till you have a look over the edge you realise how deep it is .There must be a path or old road around the head land cause on Google maps INVERKEITHING beach is on the opposite side of where we flew from so there must be a way around that was used before the quary was dug out

Yeh mate, I struck it. Lucky the weather down here was rubbish, but as soon as I got north of Tyndrum, the sun was out it was 25°C in Inverness, I managed to figure out gyroflow as well cheers for the offer of help 😁👍 It doesn't work as well with runcam, but it definitely makes a difference

@@bakertam yeah if it isnt working you need to check the mount is good, and stuff like making sure battery wires arent touching the runcam, it should work perfectly with the runcam. first thing to try is using the gyroflow window to edit your clips down, the little straight bars select the beginning and end points so you can just export a short clip from your video. then click auto sync at the top of the right hand side, and it will redo the smoothing , it shows the sync points on top of the gyro data and if any points are not good it shows them in red, and you can just delete those. also i've found, occassionally the gyro data isnt perfect and the offiiaal realsteadygo app from gopro doesnt work, makes footage worse, and i've put it in gyroflow and it works perfectly. turn down the smoothing very very low and clip the landing off the video to be stabilized, these two tricks are often all it takes to let the software have clean sensible data to sync to. ps. are you inputting your cam angle? cause you dont need to do that,

@@bakertam horizon lock is to remove all the banking left and right. its handy for some stuff but its best to have it off. i used it on the forth rail bridge video because flying with a crosswind had me up at 30 degrees to fly straight. underneath the gyroflow viewer there i a stretch box kinda icon, click that and it shows you original footage being stretched and a box which is whats it being cropped down to, lets you see iif its working well and also lets you reduce or increase the crop with the FOV slider. you'll notice on my last vid, the middle flight is wobbly? thats not me, thats gyroflow failing to sync the moevment with the footage, i think maybe it was how i landed, quad kinda bounced 90 degrees left, like the accidental perfect selfie landing hehe, anyway, i think that sudden jerk left messed up the ability to sync, if i'd cut it out it would have worked perfectly. also gyroflow much prefers 60fps, 30fps is a bit slow to get good smoothing, it should still work but more blur makes it harder to compute it aall

Yes the scenery is absolutely stunning but on the down side the weather is terrible alot of the time. Very windy alot of rain and a dull grey colour sky but when the sun does come out it's breathtaking so when it is dry and sunny we all run around like headless chickens doing stuff cause we know it's only going to last a few days before the rain and wind return 🤣🤣👍

Luckily, yes, no issues. The thing is a beast. I thought I may have broken an arm or one of the plates, but not a mark. The pigtail popped out the vtx socket, and the ground wire for my GPS UNIT needed soldering that was it thankfully. I would have had to wait months for replacement parts if anything had broken just cause the thing is so rare

Thank you. I like to keep my footage as original as possible props wobbles n stuff included. I feel using too much editing software is like cheating because if you edit too much then it's not a true representation of the actual flight after all it's a drone video not a movie 😁👍
