To get a baby monkey, you put it through intense cruelty separating it from its mother. The mother is almost always poached dead in the wild. These aren't pets. They are social creatures who need their own kind and their own mates. Would you deny your child to be around it's own species or find love and start it's own family? What fantastic parents.

At puberty, docile sweet DELILAH will change into an uncontrollable, biting, feces throwing stranger. She will refuse to wear diapers and will urinate everywhere and anywhere she wants. The grief in the faces of other ppl who have had high hopes for a happy life life with one of these bright creatures is unfathomable. NOT only are the sellers of these babies guilty of non discloser, they are separating a mother from her baby. THIS IS CRUEL on many levels. Horrible in my opinion.

Yep, these monkey breeders keep breeding the mamas, then they take their babies away, so selfish humans can have a baby that won't ever grow up. Don't you feel bad? Taking them like that! Humans destroy these primates, drive them insane, because they don't get the proper care their monkey mom's provide them. DISGUSTING!

Michael is a money hungry tool and can care less where the animals go as long as he gets his money. $150 is all he charges for your head to get ripped of by a panther. And just think you pay multiple times that to own your own money. People you don't know how strong even a squirrel or capuchin money really is. If it wanted to it could inflict the same damage that panther did to that man. Just like a chimp as cute a cuddling you think they might be can a will literally rip you limb from limb.

If you need "training" on how to care for an animal the day you acquire the wild/exotic animal you should not have acquired that animal.

You have no idea what you are doing. How do you plan to take care of this animal? Do you have an outside habitat so he can at least feel like the natural environment ? I am sickened to see you with that monkey. Please donate that animal to a rescue before you do harm that cannot be reversed.

I realized that taking care of any kind of primate it's going to be a monumental task. But what species is the easiest to take care of and the least likely to get sick?

How are the newborn baby monkeys removed from the mothers? Does Poggi use a tranquilizer? It has to be a stressful process. Just want to know how it's done without harming the mother or baby.

No disrespect to you, but I know you are more than aware that most baby monkeys have been traumatized by being snatched from their mother or they witnessed their mother brutally tortured and killed just to profit from the illegal sale of these helpless creatures. And unless in a sanctuary with other animals, these precious animals do not deserve to be forced to have humans teaching them to be something they are not. They don't wear diapers or clothes. They don't have human manners and shouldn't be forced to behave in any way like a human. I've went through the overwhelming experience of educating myself on this subject. I've shed a lot of tears, been so angry try to understand how humans can do the horrifying things to any animal, experiment on them, laugh at their pain and suffering, and how one can be so selfish to buy one for their own wants. One day I came to realize that a baby monkey that has been abandoned by its mother, or its mother has been killed for the purpose of selling the baby, or she was killed for the cruelty of watching it suffer, the baby would be better off dying before a human has the chance to make it suffer for the rest if it's life. This is just wrong, no matter if your intentions are good, it's just wrong.
