Smoked Mac & Cheese/ No Smoker Needed or liquid smoke!

hope you'll give this recipe a try. It a nice change from the usual mac & cheese recipe.
It is important that the 4 cheeses are smoked! They can be of your choice. The black pepper and smoked salt are not necessary, but I had them on hand.
Ingredients:
1 box elbow macaroni
smoked cheeses: gouda, cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack * 6-8 ounces
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 cups half/half
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard spice
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sweet & smokey spice Lawry
non stick cooking spray

What's the measurements of the smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, adobo seasoning, thyme, and black pepper. Looks like 1 teaspoon but not sure. Thanks.
I usually start with about 1/2 tsp per spice, except for cumin which is 1 tsp. After about 10 mins, I taste the broth and adjust spices.

Today I tasted for the first time Late July Sea Salt Dippers. They are fantastic! The best I've ever had so far. I was dipping them in Chi - Chi's mild Salsa Con Queso. I can't stop eating them. I found this bag of chips earlier today at Kroger's in Batesville Indiana. I hope that they were there again when I go back. I have never seen this plan before, but I'm sure glad I found them. YUM YUM 😋👍♥️ PS - I ate an eight oz bag in one sitting. I just couldn't stop, paired with Chi - Chi's Mild Salsa Con Queso.
