1: I have a lot of experience at this (unfortunately). 2: After an interview, you normally send the person who contacted you (HR person?) a thank you email indicating how much you enjoyed hearing about the job opportunity. You should also state that you feel you would be a good fit and that you are looking forward to the next steps in the hiring process. This indicates to them that you are serious about wanting to work there and will help you stand out from applicants who do not send the thank you email. 3: They could have dozens of applicants for the one position. This means it could take them weeks to make a selection. As opposed to asking them if they have made a decision, you may want to consider sending the thank you email instead. If they have decided on someone they are likely to let you know at that time. 4: Job search sites (e.g. indeed) have ratings on how good a employer is to its employees. I would find the best employers in your area and apply to them. Get 10 resumes out in the coming week. Your cover letters should be be nearly identical except for the name of the business and job title information.
I also think that just right now because it’s December people aren’t really hiring because it’s almost the new year so it’s a little bit of an awkward time!!
@@avamagdelen I normally include this but I would have needed to start a new chapter. Due to vacations, key resources are normally not available for interviews at the end of the year. I think it is one of the slowest times of the year for hiring. The May-June college graduation period may be better but there is a lot of competition, so earlier in the year would be better.

I beg to differ. She could do much better than OF! She could actually be a full-time UA-camr and make money from ads using Google AdSense. Plenty of successful UA-camrs have made money from being a full-time UA-camr.
@@efishies15 if she had creative verbal skills, but the video shows that her conceptualisation of ideas needs minmum 5 years of creative writing to pick up some attention from the algorithm considering the competition out there. But she has the face for OF. it depends if she chooses the easy or hard road
