Used to listen to shifty back in the day. have been searching for new content but didn’t realise he had an accident. What happened ?

I am so tripped out right now... I feel like I've moved into another timeline or something. I've literally thought that Shifty was dead, for the last... maybe 13 years or so? I could've sworn that he passed away in a car crash, I even remember his cousin Blizzard making a track about it and I remember seeing people posting RIP Shifty in the comment sections and saying how much he'll be missed and praising him for how much he'd always contributed to the Manchester Grime scene....
