Follow Eric + Destiny Rowell along their journey of entrepreneurship, awakening Grit and fueling the daily Grind. Only 1 year into the coffee game, they built a coffee brand with zero background in coffee. Within a short time they have scaled to multiple locations across the southeast. They also offer other entrepreneurs an option to own their own Grit + Grind location through licencing their brand. Come along for the adventure of all the ups + downs. We hope to inspire, educate, encourage + bring some light to your life along the way.

Did you all have your mobile unit fully constructed before you applied for yalls business license?
Yes, the business license was one of the last things we did. In our state you must be approved through the health department before getting a business license. In our state that means your mobile unit would need to be completed first

Cold brew staying in gallon jugs in an ice chest. Espresso machine is set up just on top when we take it out and water source is fed from underneath. This was a summer markets so we just offered cold drinks. Hope this helps a bit.

Where do you store your espresso machine and cold brew?
We store our cold brew in a ice chest behind the cart and this one isn't set up for a espresso machine
