My CPU is not turning on, the blue light is on for 1-2 seconds and the fan takes 1-2 rounds but the CPU is not turning on. And check the SMPS, its fan is working

I face two major problem First problem my pc is not start in 1 click is take 5-6 click to started first i thought that my cabinet start button is damaged or not working then i replaced my old button with new but problem same is not fixed Second problem is sdd is not show file manager I though my sdd is gone but i unplugg my sdd and replugg then sdd full working and showing in file manager after i shutdown for 1-2 hrs and i see that my sdd is not showing again I'm doing process unplugg or replugg it show and after sometime not showing repeat story Please bro you have solution please give me please comment me

you're just checking the "POWER OK" feature, meaning that the psu starts because it has the signal to do so... but you're not having any info about the "goodness" of +12v, +5V or +3,3V.
