Have a Hp 14 from walmart when Covid told us to stay home, had to purchase for remote work from home. I no longer work at that job and pv has not been the same since. Removed the remote work stuff but i dont think it removed all the files so pc has not worked right since. Been trying a factory reset cuz i never added anything to pc but running very slow so this is first time trying your helpful factory reset. HOPE IT WORKS for this HP 14 ---- this laptop has sucked ever since i bought it will never buy HP again
