What is the first step while installing a vertical panelsaw. As with all machines, repeatability starts with the base of the machine. In this video, I discuss tuning the horizontal rip and the back panel. These two parts of the machine will directly influence the ability of a panelsaw to produce a square panel repeatedly.

In this video, I diagnose an issue with the panel support battens on a Holzher Vertical Panelsaw. The back panel supports will normally self-adjust to prevent the blade from contacting the battens when the machine is making a horizontal cut. On this machine, we found and fabricated a reference tooth that was missing.

Whether you have a Holzher, Striebig, Elcon, or any other brand, the tuning of any Vertical Panelsaw can be a tedious venture. This is Part 1 in this series, I cover how I review a machine for the correct adjustment and how each area of the machine will add it's inflluence to the desired cut.

This video explains the tuning of the Cehisa Edgebander. This particular machine is an EP7 but it is similar to current machines.

This is the return trip to do the repair of the Biesse 1300 series, 1330A, IT-03 end trim station. This machine would not maintain a consistent cut setting on the end trimmer.

The customer called me and stated that the IT 03 end trimmer of their Biesse 1330 edgebander would not cut consistently. In this video I disassemble the station for diagnosis and a parts list. The completed service was after the parts arrived and will be included in the follow-up video.
