Hey Alantu yes I sure will. I will be doing back and serve next week. I’ve been sick past 2 weeks so didn’t want to get in video. I should have those videos for you next week. Thank you for the sub and like.
It was so brilliant I love it Thank you
Your welcome thank you
Great job. You have done this before! 👍
Thanks we just went to bring great quality videos full of information that you can walk away with and fill results. Thank you. 🙏🏿
I feel vibration in my arm when I don’t have my dampener in. 😞
How’s does it feel when you have it on?
I play with it good advice and good to ok that comment about being illegal and you fixed.
Thanks 🙏🏿
Love to see my culture playing tennis
Me too get us all involved in the sport

Don’t yall come for me 😂 Im wearing crocs because my Achilles has pain and the doctor said it would help. But then after this video seen another doctor and they said it makes it worse 😂. Hope this video helps your backhand. Any questions send me a message!
No more balls please!
How long have you been playing tennis? Or do you play?
White Lines Matter !
Some strings also have dampening affect too like a muted multi or a soft poly 😅
Awe man that video is already on the list lol 😂 there’s so much tech out here now right!
We started with rubber O-rings back in the ‘80s. Some people used big fat rubber bands too. I think the racquets were even more pingy back then!
I grew up in the late 80s but I do remember using a rubber band. I believe they were a pinky back then the technology in a rackets definitely has gotten better.
The Boom Pro 2024 doesn't need a dampener... it's the more muted racquet on the market
Yes, the Boom is a great racket. The 2024 version is really dope.
I watched this video a few times, At 0:17 you said start with the throat down, I got it. And then at 0:44 you said string down throat is up . I saw string down and the racket throat is down too. What's the difference ? Can you please clarify ? Thanks.
Hey, thanks for pointing out. That was a mess up by me what I meant to say is keep the strings down but I’m making a new video this week with the next GEN forehand. It’s more of pulling the handle away from you instead of having that leg straight to the side of you, I will do a video this week to explain that for the forehand in the backhand. Hope the game you as a subscriber sorry for the confusion.
@@OneMoreBallTennisAcademy No worries. Can you include loading and unloading too. I am a subscriber now. Thanks.
@ Roger that 🫡 will do friend! Hope your well.
@@OneMoreBallTennisAcademy Can't wait . Thanks.
@ no problem my friend
Decades of hitting with arm only try to find using body weight. On your video you started out with string down, throat is up. I can see it in video strings are down , What exactly is the throat is up ? Please explain. I wish you started from the beginning. But I caught it at 1:15 bonus tip. Good job. Can you please do a complete 2 handed backhand ? I liked and subscribed . Thanks
Hey! I also do video analysis. Send me your video of you hitting on my instagram @ one more ball tennis academy I will do a personal video for you. I have the backhand video coming out Monday! If you hit the bell 🛎️ you will get notified. Ok the throat of the racquet is the small triangle right above the grip. However I have now changed the forehand a little to next gen forehand. I will do a video for you and will be up Monday for you. For this video I started it like this. Trying to get to the point faster in the video and not procrastinating like other UA-camrs do trying to get retention. Thank you for your advice. I will be uploading every other day! I hope to help you improve your game. Tennis coaching is getting way to expensive and people are liking the videos and it’s helping them. Thanks. Your welcome
Per some viewers liking to always call people out. I went deeper and found out that these are the new rules! Yes, there is no limit to the number of vibration dampeners a tennis player can use on their racket according to the International Tennis Federation (ITF). However, dampeners can only be placed outside of the cross strings on the racket's stringbed. Dampeners can be placed anywhere outside the cross strings, including the top, bottom, left, or right of the racket. A common placement is near the bottom of the racket, where the center main string and first cross string meet.
About legal or illegal you are wrong! International Tennis Federation (ITF) regulations: dampeners can be placed anywhere desired outside the cross strings (top, bottom, left or right).
Love when you post videos and people are quick to say what the wrong in the video. Instead of stating it in a way that helps the viewer. From my research I have seen per ITF and ATP! You can not place them there. If YOU would like to send evidence of sure my viewers would love that! Thanks for watching!
@@OneMoreBallTennisAcademy plus, yes, you should love when people points your mistakes, this way your viewers could know what to trust or not. Right?
@@watchman1969your right thanks 👍🏿
@@OneMoreBallTennisAcademy you are welcome
@ 🙏🏿
Would removing it provide audio feedback to help dial in the contact point?
That would be a great idea
Some people prefer not to use it because it removes most of the sound feedback. My son plays without one explicitly because of that. I prefer to play with it. But he uses a Wilson 6.1 95 and I play with a PD, so…
@ yes totally get it. Some racquets have the dampener in the frame. Thanks for your comment appreciate your view.
Kid is so cut!
He’s great
Technique not only reason for tennis elbow. You can have firm or dead strings at a high tension with good technique and still get it
I never said that was the only reason for it! But you are correct! ✅
Useful lesson for forehand.
Thanks hope I gain you a a subscriber
Salsa dancers would probably make good tennis players, they have flexible hips. I know I forget the hip rotation with the two handed backhand. Muscular men often have non flexible hips but strong arms and shoulders , so they try to muscle the ball as you describe.
Salsa dancers yess. I have worked with muscular men and they started off 2 handed backhanded. I’ve changed them to 1 handed and it fits a little better for them. Have you tried it?
@@OneMoreBallTennisAcademy I went the other way, my one hander was going to slice on the third set, due to fatigue. I am happy with the two hander but have to get that rotation going.
@@info781 I gotcha. I also do video analysis. Add me on Instagram and send me a video of your backhand. Will send you a video analysis for free. There’s also a way to transfer your left leg forward as you hit.
Nice
Thank you
That's a ghetto lesson at ghetto courts
Nice video
Thanks Patrick
do you think bending your legs to get more power is the key?
You are making miss coaching!
Hahahah do you really miss coaching lol. I love it. My wife and I struggle now is we need more courts to run our own thing. Thanks for watching again. Hopefully we can hit one day!
@ I totally miss it I made choice to quit coach so that I could prioritize family time and I don’t regret it. But I miss figuring out how to connect beginners to the game. Starting with a blank slate was always my favorite.
Excellent work coach! One thing I would like to see for a beginner progression is ground rallying or beach ball rallies.
Yesssss I will be posting those videos next week. I have them on schedule. Beach ball is great. I will be showing how I teach the beginner the forehand and get into the rally as well. Thank you.
Nice!!
Thanks for the visit. Appreciate you much!

Great video, OneMoreBallTennisAcademy. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I hit the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the awesome work! Your breakdown of the static hitting technique was really helpful. How do you recommend transitioning from static to dynamic drills for beginners to ensure they maintain form?
Hey thank you! I’m finally to the point where I’m consistently posting content that I think people will like. Thanks 🙏🏿
Haven't been down to those courts for a while. Always a challenge with the dust and very little top coat grit, that ball just slides through the court!
I agree! Hope your well. Looks like you’re hitting well. We should collab on a video.
@@OneMoreBallTennisAcademy Would be nice to meet up for a hit. I work down at Phoenix College and live out in Surprise, so let me know.
Want to meet more near you at PTC. Looks like you hit at PTC. Want to meet there?
Or encanto seems closer to you?
@@OneMoreBallTennisAcademy I am at PTC Monday's around 4:30p, or every other Monday lately, so that would work. Also around there Tuesdays or Wednesdays as those are days I work on campus and it is right on the way home. Just let me know.
I love seeing a beginner adult get great instruction!
Hey Patrick sorry for late response. Thank you. Appreciate the great comment. Hope your well brother. Huge numbers of beginners are getting back into tennis. Must teach them well you know. I’m sure you know.
Great video. Helped a ton.
Thanks
2/6 0/6 great shot
Right 🙌🏾
Correct me if im wrong but I think that's the 2023 based off the B. Love the racquet tho, it looks sick 😮
Yea it’s 2023 I said what colors do you think it will look like?
She needs better coaching. She's as fine as you can be.❤

We need to get more black females into tennis. They would eventually dominate because blacks are naturally more muscular and stronger.😊
