thank you very much, the water in this area is super clear the reef itself is just coming back alive after years of abuse and overfishing. This is why you see many dead coral here but it is beautiful to see it start to flourish again :)

I was there for the Fiesta thus year. Awesome time. I Hope to go back for next year's fiesta also maybe see you there :)

It is really interesting to see and the simplicity of preserving fish this way is amazing. The technique has been used all through history. Plus it's delicious when fried 😀 If ever you make it I would love to see your process ✌
