What are the ceramics in the eyes like, i like sonik rods but find if happen to knock a eye the ceramics break easily. Also my last sonik was a bit stiff in the tip find it hard to hold bottom. These few issues are putting me off getting another

Very disappointed , bought a Vader x beach 13 ft and the reel seat it not fit for purpose . ALL my reels would not tighten up at all , abu 7000 , abu 6500 , penn rival f spool , The customer service is shocking . I contacted the shop I bought it from (Big online shop) and they said just put tape under seat , this is not really cutting it Sonik

I have the 11,8 black bass rod and love it for scratching first night we where into lots of whiting and lost count great tip action and what a treat to cast and use in general.really like the sonik range have the old Vader 15ft and the 12ft sks black love em just found the vader eyes didn’t take much to break but i would have another one good value for what you get

Purchased a Vader xs beach, nice but not fit for purpose, reel seat unable to hold any reel as it's too big for handle , no resolution from sonik , and Veals said wrap tape round to make it fit 🤬🤬

Pumps are not immediately easy. I used to dig professionally, and on a good tide get 700 black lug. Got back into beach angling last year and got myself a pump. Not had more than ten worms in a tide yet. Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but it would be good to see a video accurately explaining how to pump effectively.

Nice review one question though what are these rods like with braid . The top range you did not state if they were either multiplier or fixed spool . I fish with anyfish anywhere mk2 multiplier 14 and Penn power I am looking for a rod that can take either fixed or multiplier . I fish down by bristol .

"Review"?? Paid advert more like. Yes these reels have a nice quick retrieve. Other than that, like the last 2 versions of it made by Pure Fishing, they are crap. Want a decent casting reel with fast retrieve and able to handle mixed ground without destroying it (ruling out akios 656 in whichever variation, and tronixpro not being in the equation, let alone the garbage being sold under the name of abu).... Buy a Penn Fathom👍

I used to use multipliers but I prefer braid which means using a fixed spool.

I've only ever used sonik sea rods and I've never had any trouble with them I currently use the sonik zx225g fantastic rod for the money

These are the WORST! I purchased 6 brand new new ones. 2 were broke out of the box (they were just spinning in place without the reel going up and down) the third one the line handle broke after my first few casts…. DAIWA replaced all 3 reels and then I had two more break and the two were from the replacements (they had an awful grinding sound and the reels would just stay in place). I recorded all of it as frankly the amount of money I paid I would expect only the best! DAIWA was pro active to replace all the reels (5 total) and I will say I was happy regarding the customer service, how ever one fishing trip and 5 broken reals out of 6 just leaves a bad feeling in your gut considering they are €700+ Euros a reel!
