Do most condos in Tuscaloosa allow property owners to rent them out? Airbnb style or long term. Up here where we live there are many condos that have restrictions on that. If we were to pull the trigger on something down there we would definitely lean towards a condo due to the lower price in general and a lot of the maintenance being taken care of with association fee, etc.

We are looking at relocating out that way from PA. Visited the state a few times and loved it.

The most attractive aspect of the area is easily the fantastic people. Southern hospitality is real, and the citizens of Tuscaloosa do it right. And the food is terrific - River restaurant on the Black Warrior River, in particular, is amazing and one of my top 5 restaurants in the world (I am based in Nee York City, so I don’t say this lightly), Evangeline’s - wonderful. The school’s campus is beautiful. And the Crimson Tide football team has won 18 national championships. Roll Tide and Roll Tuscaloosa! Thanks for a nice video, gents, but never sell Ttown short!!!
