Thanks, I use a bunch of stuff. Every song usually utilizes something different. This song was mostly just made inside Ableton Live 11. The piano is the Addictive Keys plugin from XLN audio, the synth is Chiral by Fors (max for live plugin), and the drums are a variety of samples from sample packs I have downloaded (mf doom, underbelly, crystal castles, etc). The most important element of this song is the Valhalla delay on the lead synth. I have a bunch of other stuff (synths, guitars, etc), but the most important thing is my 88 key Kurzweiler digital piano with pressure sensitive keys. I could go on and on, but this is probably already more information than you wanted.

@@Seth_Makes_Sounds Sweet, thanks for detailing all that. I've been thinking about getting into making music as a hobby, and haven't found a good collective reference as to what I'd need. A good digital piano is what I've been thinking of getting whenever the time comes, but I have no clue about any plugins or programs

​@@nikhassis9106 I started out using FL Studio. You can make AMAZING music in FL Studio without even touching a real instrument. There are also countless resources for how to make and mix music using FL Studio. It all depends what kind of music you want to make tho. At the end of the day you could make pretty great music with your voice and a pair of sticks and a microphone, you just have to have the willpower to see things through. Gear is just a way of channeling/organazing creative energy, and your energy will be reflected as YOURS regardless of what you use. The hardest part will always be actually doing it. People always talk about how they could have been great at something, but they couldn't have, because they weren't even willing to be bad at it first. (sorry for this schizo response, I had some green tea and I'm zooted)

@@Seth_Makes_Sounds I saw you mentioned which track I liked the most before you edited the comment. I like the one titled "Video Game Music Or Something" on Freesound. It has great atmosphere and hits hard A lot of the music you've made sounds great, so I can't really say what you could improve in. I vibed straight through the playlist you have earlier
