I'm Aika, a university student living in Australia with a passion for being a catalyst of positive change in individuals. I am also a dancer who shares a keen interest and advocacy towards mental health and environmental conservation. Thus, I create content about my own life and the experiences that I am and have gone through to hopefully inspire and create a safe space of authenticity to be yourself and relatability to the many challenges life throws at us. I hope that my channel brings you much joy, light, and love and that you are able to join me in sharing new experiences in life! As Heraclitus says, "The only constant thing in life is change" and I cannot agree more. 🌱

It's been a while but I am finally back with a video after navigating through so many challenges in the past 2 months of living abroad. A lot has changed but I hope to take you on this journey with me as I continue to rediscover who I am and share my insights with you all. ♥️

It is and I totally agree! It is small but you sort of get used to it over time. It is most especially helpful against theft though!! You can never be too careful these days lol 😂💗
