Look up the story of Shaquille Taylor and how he was deemed incometent to stand trial for his actions, but he was deemed safe enough to be on the streets, and then he murdered an innocent girl. At 26:00 you are mad at armoured vehicles, but we literally just had a house EXPLODE when poice tried to apprehend a suspect. The police are the people, but criminals tend to have more reason to harm police so... they need some protection.
