Been living in upper hutt all my life. Very interesting to find a new video on the concidered "smallest city"
Thanks for the comment. My first time visiting, I found the main street to be very similar to that of all small NZ towns. I know there is way more to Upper Hutt than this but it just feels like a large town rather than a city. But I found Upper Hutt to just be a distant suburb of Wellington personally.
