Nice presentation, in reality they are a living nightmare to set up. They won't work with leading brands of OCCP providers. We have been able to get then to schedule charge our Teslas. Second line support is ok, but first line is really exaspitating (asking the same dumb questions over and over for weeks). I bought two twin chargers they solid quality chargers, but they haven't developed proprietary software. They are using a generic Smart Life control platforms which are not specific. The videos are fairly useless. Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend the software dependent chargers.

Looks like your app uses the 'Tuya' API? If so, can I use the standard Tuya 'SmartLife' app and add the Vorsprung charger to that? I have a ton of Tuya-based smart things in my house, and it would be nice to have it all in the one app.

Hi support, have bought Nighthawk Plus EV charger and had it installed today, how do I pair the charger with my phone? The userr manual is not helpful. How do I enable the device discoverable in the pairing mode?
