that is corrosion, and u can never ever ever clean it completely in depleted fuel tank, get a new fuel tank, if that corrosion goes into combustion chamber with petrol, it will fuck up your piston sleeves

Signal wire ko directly metal k pass le jaake self start kro agr signal wire shi h to kaafi tez spark aayega

Ab last m iska jo ht coil nikala h usme jo positive wire hai(or signal wire or green wire) usko nikal k self maroge to current aana chaiye agar usme current nhi aarha to us wire ko jo ki alternator m ja raha hai check karo multimeter se hope it will start spark is not a big issue
