Thank you for the video! Our coffee was quite bad the last month and getting worse and worse. So I just followed your instructions to find out, that the very first cleaning tablet stuck in the chute! Removed it, cleaned everything up and got good coffee again. THANK YOU!

Hello. Does cleaning help with the following problem. My machine started grinding a very small amount of coffee and makes the coffee very thin. It does not throw a thick capsule into the waste container, but only a small amount of ground coffee. The mashine is 5 years old.
Hello ! I`ve bought the same model as yours (KRUPS Intuition) this is the first time I use it but I`m having problems with the coffee machine and I don't know If I`m missing something or the machine has a malclfunction When I turned on the machine for the first time I followed the instructions showed in the led screen but when the first cleaning process begins the water doesn't flow trough the conducts and it turns off it self. Did you have the same problem ? I`m missing something? I`ve tried more than 10 times and always is the same. Thank you for your help
Hi Tobias. Hast du die ea87 schon mal komplett zerlegt? Ich möchte die Kaffee schläuche wechseln aber bekomme die verkleidung hinten nicht ab. Vielleicht kannst du ja helfen? :) Fg

How to enter to service menu?
Hey Tobias, thanks for your videos. I have the preference+ and the milk frothing function does not work properly. Do you have any idea how to fix it? I would love to see you dis- and reassemble this whole machine and clean things like the tubing as well. :)
Hey thanks for your comment. Unfortunately I haven't disassembled the whole machine jet. But as the milk system is external so it should help to do the steps of the "milk system cleaning". I do not use the milk system very often, but if I do, I need to do the cleaning steps after a few drinks. Then it works fine.
