Mine has HDD and boots up in 6 sec. Lol😅. It actually depends on how many programs are enabled to start on boot process too. If I had SSD it might have taken 3-4 sec only.

If you own a Dell Latitude E-series laptop, the best solution is to purchase an old cheap PRO3X E-dock online. The dock bypasses the AC jack on the laptop. It worked on my 2 bad E7250 and E7450 laptops. They now charge and run faster. BIOS also indicates correct adapter wattage. Just charge a spare battery and bring it to school or work.

Test it on two laptops with the same specs, not the different specs, because the booting times are not only affected by harddrives but also by CPU, RAM.etc
