Isshiki's powers although not intimidating, the idea is that Naruto and Sasuke stop being so powerful so the new generation can stand out. The 2 fights Sasuke and Naruto had against Isshiki/Jigen made the fandom think that they nerfed Naruto and Sasuke, but you have to keep in mind that in Naruto Shippuden, they 2 didn't technically beat people with Otsutsuki powers: Obito became the 10-tailed jinchuuriki but switched sides thanks to Naruto, Madara became the 10-tailed jinchuuriki and even got the third eye on his forehead but was betrayed by Black Zetsu and Kaguya was sealed. So it's logical to think that they wouldn't be able to fight Isshiki, plus the power to shrink anything or jutsu (including Amaterasu) is underestimated and I see the cubes as an evolution of what Obito did with his kamui, he took out of his dimension ninja weapons of great size, Isshiki has the same power to take things out of his dimension, and in theory being giant cubes that appear out of nowhere because Isshiki shrinks those cubes, it is impossible to locate where they will appear and because of their weight they cause a lot of damage. Even Naruto who is the best sensory ninja in history can't know where those cubes are because they are literally from another dimension (In the battle against Kaguya, when they sent Sasuke to another dimension, Naruto couldn't perceive where Sasuke was)

Nah isshiki powers are broken shrinking and the cubes. His shrinking can literally counter all jutsus or weapons, his cubes can literally counter sensory abilities and smash you fyi they are unbreakable.
