I have a question, my yukon is the 2 door obs, and whats the cost of a swap ?
Those generation Chevrolet & GMC fullsize truck models were produced from 1973 - 1991 except the half ton & three quarter ton plain cab pickups were finished in 1987 & the one ton plain cab pickups were finished in 1989.
That 89 is unique because 89 was the first year for the grille, headlight bezels, front blinker lights, & emblems with those designs, & the last year for square body plain cabs. Also those were the only plain cabs in the square body lineup that were still in production in that year. The half ton & three quarter ton plain cab pickups were finished in 87. The rest of the models were produced up through 91.
Thanks for the comment that's awesome info!

What size line did you use going from that block to the drivers side brake ?
Is there a 5/16 fitting on that block? If so can you send me the part # or link for that fitting?
What’s your wheel spec?

"Rebel edition" fucking racist
Great looking truck, not sure about the swap placement
Terrible execution
you shoulda just used an nv4500 or something native to it
I was considering that especially because both gm and dodge used the nv4500, so it would make for a very smooth conversion. but wanted to do something different Also I was having trouble finding one. so I was originally going to do a zf6 out of a Chevy because they are sopost to be a very strong trans but I was also having trouble finding one. then this zf5 pretty much into my lap and they are also sopost to be a good reliable trans kind of the predecessors to the zf6 so I went that route.
Start the MF
Planning on making another video of the truck hopefully before to long keep an eye out
You actually show the cutting and the sanding, etc.
Can I show all the cutting and sanding? Yes I definitely could do another video showing this. I'll hopefully get one done in the next couple weeks!
