Fleor alnico 5 vs stock Jet js300 ceramic pickups
Переглядів 1783 місяці тому
Here is a quick comparison of 2 good cheap pickups. Completely different sounds and I say that stock Jet js300 ceramic pickups hold their ground very well. I think I will end up with mix of those sets. I bought exacly this set. I wish it wasn't from offical Fleor store page but it's a link that was mentioned in other UA-cam video a.aliexpress.com/_UOJ61 Chapters 0:00 - Clean sounds 2:01 - sulta...

Song from album in progress "Recordings from empty room". I put a lot of effort and soul into this recording. I poured all the emotions that were haunting and hindering me into it. Sometime later I will update other mix of this song. I will uplolad whole album to the spotify. My subscribers have early access. Take care Mecki

Soldano inspired tone with a bit of flanger and reverb Nazwałem to beżowa koszula jam. Odkryłem że mój wzmacniacz ma brzmienie podobne do mojego ulubionego wzmacniacza hardrockowego - Soldano slo 100. Więc odpaliłem i grałem. Wróciłem do domu, włączyłem wzmacniacz, podpiąłem gitarę, zagrałem to

My tweaks to the audio of Tom Waits improvising a wild solo over his Tango till they're sore. Original video: ua-cam.com/video/LySDkDuqLCE/v-deo.html Cleaned top end and making low end stronger. You can hear the upright bass now

Delaney is playing George Harrison's rosewood Telecaster (made famous for its presence on the Beatles' roof top concert).
Better version of this on the On Tour album
With George and the Dominos as a backing band- you know how to pock your players!
Yes Jim Price on that horn. The great horn combo of Price and Bobby Keyes. I saw this band, minus George Harrison in Minneapolis. Never saw a man who could let out a scream like Delaney.
Jim Gordon on drums, the greatest. His timing and his groove and his sound are fantastic.
LISTENING TO YOU COMFORTS ME BECAUSE I AM MENTALLY AND FISICALY ILL MAYBE I WILL GO TO HOSPITAL BUT I DO NOT WISH THAT I MUST JUST HOLD ON AND EVERYTHING WILL BE OK I WISH YOU BOB AND MARK MORE CREATIVE YEARS
Helluva lineup!!!
God shes so good. Still is
Terrible audio. Recorded in a toilet, half a mile away.😂
✨ Hey Mecki!!! Praying this love💘 of yours has finally answered. Maybe u will be back soon with some more beautiful additions to delight us with?
Muita locura , horrível
For the price totally worth it. Thanks for making this!
I love listening to this now, to this day, as much as I did 52 years ago. Just fantastic.
Z mojej ulubionej płyty Floydów ❤
Floyd vibe. Love it❤
Fall 1970 for a Halloween dance at my High School in Los Angeles and this was the lineup , oh and Duane Allman as well. I was standing 6 feet from Eric, George and Duane watching them all work. All that for the outrageous sum of $3.50. I also had set up my sound system outside for the Motorcycle club and was playing Eric's soon to be released Deric and the Dominos album rather loudly. I was given a radio airplay pressing by a DJ friend (which I still have) that often has the songs rearraigned for ease of playing for the DJ's. When they went on break they heard me playing an album that hadn't officially been released yet and they all came out to see what was up. At 16 I was so stoked to be talking to all of them that I flat forgot to get them all to autograph the album cover. Didn't even think of it until the next day and spent an hour or two kicking myself. Let my friends play DJ with all my equipment while I was inside as much as possible listening to them all. Great night that rarely happen anywhere but LA while they were in town working on new albums.
That is a wild story. I wonder about bands like this, or Lou Reed and the Velvet Underground performing in schools and I’m like, “such innocent times!” Artists who just want to spread joy would not be allowed within 500 feet of such impressionable mind today, no love for music!
💜🍷
🧨 solo!!! S.
Mecki just saw the devastating floods in Poland. Praying u and your clan SAFE!!! Sign 👍 when possible. Sandra.
😮 Dud! Have u ever heard of Tony Mc Alpine? Try to check out the video where he plays a piece called "Tears from the Sahara" i believe. An artist i too just recently discovered. Can hear "the raw talent' in you. Yeah with some more work, the possibility of becoming a great musician is real. Nevermind the 2 or 3 squigglies. Daring is so very important. Oh, and melodious riffs come far easier when "relaxed" as u have already understood. Keep on shreading man! You're a natural.😊 Sandra.
hi, Mecki I bought JET JS-300 and don't really like the sound of stock pickups. Neck pickup with distorsion is not really delicious. Just like smth is missing in comparison with my recently sold COrt G254 with MightyMight pickups. Would you recommend to buy another guitar or upgrade pickups on Jet?
@@AliaksejKa hi, I understand. I feel like neck pickup benefited the most from changing the pickups. Bridge and middle are quite good on jet in my opinion. If you like the guitar, if it makes you happy and you enjoy playing it then keep it and experiment with different pickups. Jet is really valid for mods. They use standard size parts and body is even routed for a humbucker if anyone wants to try that. I like everything about the guitar despite the neck which is way too chunky for me. I will sell it in some point because of that. If you value your jet then change the pickups. If not then sell it and try something else. When buying a new one check what is the pickups type because if this video has proven anything then that ceramic pickups sound vastly different from alnico v
That was my birthday gift for tomorrow. 84 years young. Thanks, guys. Linda84
Don't get much better than this.
Nice
Bad ass band! Bobby Keys, Jim Price. Bobby Whitlock, Carl Radle, Jim Gordan, Rita, George, Eric and D&B! ❤️
Definitely Jim Price, not Leon Russell.
@@2lucky1957 I was wondering ... Leon on trumpet was not a common(?) occurrence
@@BruceWalther-s2l Leon could play trumpet, but I don't recall ever seeing it. In this video it's clearly Jim Price. Price and Bobby Keys are best known for their work with the Stones. They also toured with Leon and Joe Cocker on the Mad Dogs & Englishmen tour, recorded with George Harrison and many others.
@@2lucky1957 Good reminder. I need to listen to Mad Dogs and Englishman (Live?) album. Billy Preston is another keyboard player "Friends" with D&B who, also, played with the Stones. I'm expecting to see Ian Stewart also appeared on one of the 6 D&B albums. For discussion: Did guitar maven Ry Cooder make an appearance, too, with D&B? I'm positive Cooder played on a Stones album.
Saw her do this live at the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, NY.

Mmmmm piwo
This need a remasters
BN was large in Alabama playing in Birmingham 1974. Then in Tuscaloosa 75 after they had signed with Fleetwood Mac. I was there. A 600 seat auditorium in the English building and the first performance of Rhiannon. Unforgettable night, still have my 50 year old LP.
I still have that LP as well.
And Rita Coolidge on backing vocals as well!
❤❤❤❤❤
This song should be ion the top 50 songs of all time
Was Billy Preston not also playing keyboards that evening?
If I remember right Bobby Whitlock says that Billy was part of this tour. Side note... if you are not aware Bobby and his wife Coco have been doing UA-cam videos for several years. And they cover most of the music scene at that time.
you got it!
poor sound quality makes this not worth listening to
How in the world
What? How did they find it? Or the greatness that BN was before FM?
Thank you for sharing ❤
My favorite song ❤❤❤❤
Awesome 👍 Thanks for sharing this stuff is hard to find 🤟
Very nice
I googled your name and when I couldn't find anything, I started thinking about your sound and it so reminds me of Aerosmith, Manfred Mann and Steely Dan. I think you need an agent/lawyer and make sure you copyright your music asap. You have a classic style of playing. Keep us posted on your albums release date. Very Talented.

ale to dobrze siedzi!!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU
The ( ridiculous ) Delaney & Bonnie moment . This is the mother of “ Your So Vain” …. James Taylor being recorded @ Apple studios ….. Stewart’s ( Daydream Beliver ) chances were killed here . Oh , and Eric Clapton passed George Harrison’s wife a “ Note “ …like in grade school .
Jim Price on trumpet. Not Leon Russell. Still verk good. Thank you.
