My market is Houston, which is very big. It has 5 different counties to target in which I have done deals in all 5. For Google Ads I would only want to target 4 out of 5 of those counties. However you said you recommend going wider initially. I would like to do statewide as I want to stay in Texas. So if I did Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio the cost per click would be cheaper and the campaign more consistent, is that correct?

I just watched few of you videos, everything you are showing is consistent to what I have discovered myself running my own campaigns since 2015 and over $1M spent in Google ads. What I would say is that running nationwide and having a higher conversion to contract is because of less competition, basically you are the only one in town that can solve the sellers problem. But when running ads locally on a metro market the cost goes higher because more investors are running ads AND it takes a lot of work and skills to close a deal. I do both, i run multiple states at around $115 Cost per lead and locally here in Orlando metro at around $250 cost per lead. I can literally train anyone to close deals over the phone nationwide but closing locally is skills that you have to on top of the seller or someone else will get that contract signed. Nonetheless, you are the only one that I have seen speaking truth and I can see you are running great campaigns. Love your content you should be getting more views

Hello, hoping you can help me because I can’t find an answer to this question anywhere. Not strictly ad related but Meta Business Suite related. When my page’s reach is displayed, month by month it gives one number, which I’m assuming is unique users? So a reach in January of 20,000 means 20,000 different people saw my content, right? Not that some received it more than once? Also though, when I wish to work out the page’s year to date total, it simply adds all the months’ reach up, which means the yearly total can’t be giving me unique users because some of them will be the same across multiple months? Sorry for the long question, hope someone can help.

When I look at the Ad level and review the "Breakdown: Image, video, and slideshow" to see which ads are doing best, why are the same Ads listed multiple times?
