CSX retired and stored nearly all of their former Conrail SD60Is and SD60Ms in the year 2018 and 2019, but four such examples managed to outlast the others. In this video, we look at some old VHS footage of Conrail Action back in 1998. Vintage C30-7s, and old U-boats are seen as was the typical power on the B&A during the Conrail days. Back on the CN Iron Range, we are set up at Forbes, MN just outside of the Minntac Taconite Mine as we catch a couple of the T-Bird trains with vintage EMDs as well as the other ore trains running from Duluth and Iron Junction.
