The way he did the jump on the ledge was kind of fluky I couldn’t do it . The real way is raise the water near by go back to the ramp make a tornado and jump in and skim across the water . Once across the ledge is low enough to grab on . The rest to easy to see what you need to do .

Fun tip to help get more money at the beginning skip the photography tutorial, run outside. Take a photo of the Vorax gives you enough to turn the power on right away and you wont have to deal with it afterwards. Edit* afterward you can get the rest of the photos, you'll be set better.
