      I'm not sure what I weigh but I feel heavier. I'll eventually try and get my own scale to do updates more frequently. Sorry for the lack of responses and frequent uploads though I recently started to work 50+ hour work shifts and still had to catch up on days of previous work outs and weeks of uploads (that I'm still working on) once I get my rhythm back things will run more smoothly around the channel and I'll be making sure to respond to any comments/messages I haven't gotten to. Thank you for your patience man.

    man the first 10 reps were a french press which is for triceps and the other reps (where u were doing pull over) were mainly training the back

      @@lollodedd Thanks for your observation but they are lying dumbbell press overs a French press you do while sitting down and you can also call them tricep extensions, skull crushers , press overs atleast that's what I've always seen them refered to. It's a back, lat, chest shoulder, tricep and even ab and stretch workout/routine when done properly. The chest comes into play when you squeeze your arms together on the weight the lats get stretched and so do the back towards the bottom the triceps mainly comes into play when you slack on the straight arm positioning or holding the wait up towards the top straight armed which bending your arms is perfectly fine if your doing it to prevent uncomfortability in the shoulders the abs come into play when you brase your core and if you dont you get a nice back stretch that can help un hunch bad posture.       @lollodedd I have chosen pullovers cause chest flies and other chest workouts don't feel good on my shoulder so until I can I'm basically managing what workouts I can do to still make gains and not hurt myself. The original plan was pullovers with chest flies and supinated front raises.

      @@lollodedd supinated front raises are more for the lower chest working from underneath chest flies work more mid from the sides and pullovers work more from the top and overhead a good variety of tension. Until I get my posture and shoulders in check I'll get crunching and pains/discomfort in my shoulders so I work with what I can until it feels safer to progress with the other 2.

      @@Demandeville That's just a lean bulk? Greg created that maingaining buzzword about 4 years ago as a be all end all recomp. From your response I'm guessing people caught on and he changed the definition to just a lean bulk. Greg's a snake oil salesman and the maingaining gimmick was initially created to keep wishy-washy people scared of getting fat spinning their wheels. Also tricked new lifters because you can still build some muscle basically doing everything wrong your first year. Once they're plateaued for well over a year they'd get much more tempted into buying his supplements and overpriced cookbook out of desperation.

A bulk is when you consume a large amount of calories over your maintenance which 300 isn't a large amount but once you start getting to 500 or 1k over your maintenance your in a bulk of calories and have too many that turn to excess fat unless you do more cardio to burn off the extra calories as greg suggests.... LOL I'm guessing you hardly watch his videos and jump on the hate waggon like a lot of others. I've been lifting for a lot more than a year and once I actually started taking Greg's advice I actually started to learn how to do things properly and started seeing actual results in my health and physique. All you people who say he's a snake oil salesman and a gimmick etc. etc. have no proof or reason for even saying this other than your own ignorance or jealousy and half of you wont even attempt to try his products or cookbook and until I see some test proving what your saying about his products I won't believe it. Especially when the guys willing to have people test his products and pay for it himself for their videos if they want to prove him wrong. Also I don't know how him telling people to lift with proper form do the proper amount of cardio for your cardiovascular health and to eat a good balanced diet get good sleep etc. is bad advice and I'd rather take advice from someone who's made a living off their coaching and investment into dieting and body building then some random in a UA-cam comment section.     Your pullovers are targeting mainly your triceps. If you're trying to get more chest and lat activation, you'll want to use the straight arm variation. I think Alpha Destiny's youtube channel has a pretty good video about how to do pullovers.

    What is maingaining? I've been nuclei overloading my forearms for the past 2 weeks got two left and they've definitely put on definition a bit of size and I'm getting more vascular already

      MainGaining is when you eat in a slight calorie surplus around 200 to 500 calories so your body has extra energy and macronutrients to build new muscle fiber. Usually I try and eat a relatively healthy and normal diet and just make my extra calories protein and maybe a few carbs.

    Doing more reps isn't going to help build muscle. I don't know what your goals are so you can tell me if I'm wrong, but doing around 8 - 10 reps in 1 set is better for muscle growth. If you don't have enough weight I understand but I'm just trying to help :) BTW Skull crushers work your triceps not your chest. Good form and I love the consistency. Keep going ❤

      My goal is mainly rehabilitation while trying to gain a little bit of muscle if possible but mainly I'm getting use to moving my shoulders again with no discomfort. Also the move that looks kinda like skull crushers is me attempting a pull over I just have a hard time doing the full extension the entire time cause of shoulder issues and I'm slowly working towards full extension without discomfort but I definitely get a lat, back chest and tricep workout without even doing full range. It's only 20 so it doesn't work my tricep very much at all but I get a deep shoulder, chest and back stretch that gives me most the stimulus to grow. I don't want to risk heavy weights with a low rep count and end up more injured then I am already Thankyou though for your advice and I will eventually be doing more high repititions with low weight and heavy weight with low repititions to have a good balance of both.

Don't risk your shoulder getting hurt more; what you're doing is actually good if you have muscle or bone problems to get them used to the motion and the weight.
