Todd, if u see this, do you have some insight on the process of grief from loss of a loved one? I m so afraid of getting “stuck” n getting “depressed-deep rest” n not moving forward with life in joy.

Beautiful.... wish I wasn't suffering with Anxiety and severe depression. I thought a early retirement was a good idea, others were doing it. I was wrong. I didn't know I was institutionalized. Gone was my structure, purpose, identity, social interactions, friendships, routine, coworkers ,..etc I didn't plan, and im alone. My fellow employees were my family. I made such a bad mistake in my life. I'm not happy anymore. ... even these beautiful words,.. aren't helping me,... depression is horrible. I lost my desire to live, and nolonger enjoy any activities. I wish, pray, hope o could just be normal, happy, and human again.... 😩💔☠️

One afternoon when home alone,, this overwhelming intuitive thought and feeling came over me,, a message about how I could handle loss if NY things happened to Bill.. 2 months later, my Husband was diagnosed with end stage liver disease . I didn't believe the Doctors. Finally after 3 months He succumbed to his diagnosis at home in his bed. My whole body and mind shut out the experience it took me many years to get through the pIn of loss thank you for sharing your gift
