For regular mode, Nearl alter Skill 2 (without Mastery) is enough to take out the Candle Knight. In Challenge mode, need Ash or another high DPS operator.

If you don't have Rosmontis, can I use a maxed out E2 Meteorite? Edit: Never mind, I found that that Meteorite works just as well. Thanks a lot for the guide. Oh right! I also forgot, I replaced Ash with Blue Poison, as long as she's sufficently leveled, though I still needed Ch'en as well.

You can make it Risk 9 by adding the first contract (Shield Guard buff). No changes in the strategy needed.
