Our sign was working with no problem but now it will not connect to bluetooth. We have tried unplugging the sight and still nothing. Is there a way to reset the sign?
I had issues with Bluetooth as well. Found that if my phone was right next to sign it would work. Even with this issue, I prefer this rather than the other way where you program each individual day with all the button pushing.
I feel like I don’t even have the right app because it doesn’t even try to scan and the quality is so much worse than the one in this video
Does setting the sign to turn off at a specific time cause all sign lighting to turn off (including hours) or just the ‘Open’ and border part?
Just got mine today and man let me tell you it's really bright 😆 I love it going to attract a lot of people driving by my new food trailer ☺️ Bluetooth worked without any hitches and customized it already

Hi Dan - Please completely close the app and unplug the sign. Then open the app and plug the sign in. Do not toggle away from the app while connecting. Thanks!

Device will not pair. When scanning for devices, 2 different models ( 1057i and 1057A) but the instructions says 1057B.

We need to purchase a new battery amp20blk001batt-, however, your website nor does the entire internet has this particular battery. Do you guys support this model anymore or are out of business?
What if the hourly portion(where you choose hours) just says "nam:nam:nam" and wont change hours
Hi There - Please do a manual reset of the hours portion of your sign by holding the cursor button on the side of the hours potion and press the change button 3 times then release. Then after the sign flashes through it's reset, please unplug int and completely close the app. Then open the app and plug the sign in. The wait for the sign and app to connect - approximately 20 seconds...Enjoy!
Mine didn't come with instructions what is the pin to connect to the app
Hi There - The app doesn't require a PIN code, if your phone is asking for one it's because it is embedded in your Android phone. Some default pins to try are 0000 or 000000....Enjoy!
The app doesn't require a PIN, but some Android phones do - please try 0000 or 000000 or whatever PIN you setup when you purchased your device.
Do you have to have WiFi to hook up to blue tooth? I bought 2 signs ... GLI 157 and GL1050 about 30 ft apart ... can I use both signs blue tooth?
If Bluetooth. Fails Delete the app would be my answer. It's useless anyways...

@@DEANLATEMODEL18 It doesn't work.. She bought 3 and not one of them worked with Blue Tooth. It's useless to advertise what doesn't even work. So she sent it back. So you might sell stuff that actually functions as advertised., And stop wasting peoples time and money. They got better things to do..
